roller press

The roller press adopts the principle of low energy consumption of high pressure layer crushing and adopts the working method of single particle crushing group. Fragile materials undergo high-pressure extrusion(the pressure of the machine in the pressure area is about 150 MPa) to rapidly reduce the particle size of the material, the fine powder content of less than 0.08 mm reaches 20 to 30 %, and the material of less than 2 mm reaches more than 70 %. In addition, there are a lot of cracks in all the compressed materials, which greatly reduces the energy consumption when the materials are grinding in the next process. The grinding system using this device can increase output by 50-200 % compared with the grinding system using this device, and the per unit power consumption can be reduced by 20-35 %. And because of the small wear and tear, the unit wear is greatly reduced. At the same time, the noise and powder of the equipment work are small, which improves the working environment of the workers and fully shows its outstanding economic and social benefits.
The effective crushing of materials by the roller press is based on the principle of single particle crushing group of large energy input, that is, intergranular crushing. The way to achieve the crushing principle is to use a pair of grinding rolls with opposive rotation, one for the moving roller and one for the fixed roller. Among them, the bearing seat of the active roller is connected with the hydraulic system that provides pressure, and the fixed roller is fixed in the inner cavity of the main frame. The moving roller applied high pressure to the material under the pressure of the hydraulic system will continue to crush effectively through the material in the pressure area betyeen the two grinding rolls. Through the observation of high magnification microscope, we can find that the crushed material surface is covered with cracks, which shows that not only the granularity of the material is greatly reduced, but also its abrasiveness is significantly improved, which will play a crucial role in greatly increasing production and saving energy of the grinding system.
