Vertical cooler is one of the main equipment in the lime production line. After calcination the active lime inflow to the vertical cooler with refractory brick on the wall, the cooler with a square cut view, which with central cooler funnel cap and chamber cooler funnel cap which was uniform distribute, there is a pump to connect with the fan ouside and a discharging hole in the bottom of the the cooler. There is a motor vibrating discharging device per dischanging hole. The material pile up on the funnel cap then the cool air blowed by the fan, though the chamber went into the funnel cap. After coming out from the funnel cap, the cool air transferred with the hot material, and finished the heat exchange, the material cool down and discharged under the help of the electrical discharge machine vibration, and the cool air after heat by the hot material, went directly to the kiln, as seconday air take part in the heat.
Vertical kiln consist of four parts.
1.kiln hood: kiln hood is on the cooler main body. There is a seal device in the kiln hood, with the ship lap and the circle sleeve which is in front of the kiln make a kiln head seal device. The powder leak from the kiln head discharged directly into the cooler by the two pump which connect with the bottom of the sealed shell.
2.the gate and coarse material clear device: the cooler main body cut view is square, is weld by steel plate, there is a layer of refractory, there is center cooler funnel cap and a chamber cooler funnel cap. There is a connection of device slope gate and coarse material clearance on the cooler main body, in case the coarse material from the kiln fell to the cooler. The gate is controlled by hydraulic rod, it is easy to set up.
3.the bottom cooling chamber and the vibration discharging device: the chamber is below the cooler main body, there is a cone hopper around side is air chamber, which is connect with the fan. Under the cooler chamber there is the vibrating discharging machine, which is connecting with he cone hopper vibrating discharger control the quantity of discharge, and then control the thickness of the material in the coeler.
4. support device, support device is a frame to support the whole vertical colero, the suporter is connect with the foundation with anchor bolt.
