ZJY filter press special slurry pump is the second generation filter press special slurry pump designed and developed by our company for the leakage, loud noise and low efficiency of ordinary slurry pump in the process of use. The product is widely used in all kinds of impurities containing solid particles, especially suitable for coal washing, smelting, aluminum plant, mine tailings and other cases of filter press feed. Slurry pump overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary slurry pump such as holding pump, leakage and low efficiency, and ensures that the pump has no overload in the full flow range. The sealing form has two forms of packing combination seal and optional mechanical seal. The special slurry pump for the filter press uses a unique double end mounted mechanical seal with its own water tank. The overall structure of the pump is simple, convenient installation and disassembly, does not require external high pressure water, to ensure the safe operation of the pump. It can be applied to a variety of situations.
